Customer Relations Representative – Bilingual Russian/English Preferred Service-Focused Role with Sales Growth Opportunity

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional service while identifying opportunities to enhance customer coverage through in-book sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional support to customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Assist with policy changes, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and claims
  • Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have adequate and appropriate coverage
  • Recommend additional insurance products to meet client needs
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent, high-quality service
  • Support the agency’s growth through referrals and lead generation
What We’re Looking For
  • Bilingual in Russian and English (strongly preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally
  • Willingness to obtain state insurance licenses (we provide support and guidance)

Compensation $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
